    Product Information and Expiration Dates

    Please be aware that you are getting genuine Shahnaz Herbal products that are approved for EXPORT and resale outside of India. We DO NOT sell products that are meant for sale in India (all of our products are marked and labeled 'FOR EXPORT' by Shahnaz Herbals.

    Tofah does not sell expired products.

    All Shahnaz Products have a Best Before Date and even though the products are usable beyond that date, we are not allowed to sell them after that date. In essence they Expiration Date is meant more for do not sell after rather than use after. If you do find a product, that you recently purchased, that is damaged or spoiled please refer to our Returns policy for instructions on how to start the Return process.

    Please note that some 50% or higher discounted products on sale maybe close to the Best Before Date but never past that date. We do NOT sell expired products like other merchants do.

    Credit Card Policy

    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online purchases. Each order is processed with our Address Verification software for approval.

    If your order is declined we will notify you via email. You are given the opportunity to call or respond with the corrected information. We will only contact you once.
    Please make sure that the information you provide on your order form is correct and that it matches your billing statement from your credit card company.

    Alternative Methods to Order

    Security and privacy at the Tofah.com Web site are guaranteed. However, if you prefer not to enter your credit card number through our secure server, you can still shop with us! Here's how:

    By Mail:
    Money Orders: We do accept money orders.  When we receive the money order, your order will be processed immediately. 
    Personal Checks: We do accept personal checks. When we receive the personal check your order will not be processed until your check clears (5-7 business days). Once it clears, then your order will be shipped.

    All money orders and personal checks must be made out to: Tofah.com, Inc. and must be in US funds drawn from a US bank.  Please contact us regarding where to send mail orders.


    Shipping Information

    Charges: A flat shipping charge will be added to your order. Standard shipping processes through UPS, Fedex or USPS.

    All Domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 days from our warehouse.

    We ship Internationally to most countries. International orders shipping cost is estimated individually according to the number of products ordered. All international orders (placed outside of the U.S. or being shipped outside of the U.S) are verified before shipment.

    We do ship outside the United States. Your request can be accommodated but you must contact us regarding the appropriate shipping costs. All international orders (placed outside of the U.S. or being shipped outside of the U.S) are verified before shipment.



    IMPORTANT: Please be advised that the day your order is placed with us does not count towards delivery time if your order was placed after the cutoff shipping time. For example, if you placed an order on Thursday evening (after 3:00 PM) and chose Expedited as your shipping option, your order would not go out until Friday or Monday, and would not be delivered until 4 to 5 days from ship date of Friday/Monday.


    Very Important: Please check the condition of your package before taking and signing delivery of it. Tofah is not responsible for any refunds after you the customer has taken the delivery of your package. If you take delivery with a signature, then you have examined the package and deemed it acceptable.

    International Shipping Delivery

    Important Customs Information: Tofah.com will not be accountable for International Customs Agencies holding or seizing packages. Please contact your local customs agencies to determine what is allowed to be imported by your country.

    We can ship to over 200 countries. Shipping rates vary according to the weight of the products in the order placed. Customers are responsible for any customs or taxes associated with their order.

    Please note: Certain countries impose restrictions and special licenses/forms for the shipment of our items


    Customer Care Guarantee

    Tofah.com guarantees your satisfaction with everything you buy. We take pride in offering works crafted with care and dedication by skilled artisans and organizations. However, if you are less than completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your expense for a replacement or a full refund. Please do note that we can only offer returns on Un-Opened/Un-Used Herbal Care products. Sorry, but no returns will be accepted for used Herbal Care Creams/Products. Simply call our Customer Care Center at ((866) 581-2076 (Within the US) or at (215) 321-5946 (Local and International Customers) or e-mail us using our contact page and we will take care of the problem. Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of receipt.

    Returns

    Refunds will be made only to the original purchaser's credit card that was used in the order.
    Please be advised that cost of shipping returned items is the responsibility of the customer.
    Returned products must be unopened and in re-saleable condition must reach back with 21 days of receipt of your order.

    Our goal is to offer only the finest merchandise. Each item we select for sale must meet our strict standards for quality so when you receive your order, please examine it carefully. If you are not completely satisfied, simply e-mail us using our contact page and select 'Returns' in the 'Directed To' drop down, for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 21 days for a full refund. Refunds will be made only to the original purchaser's credit card. Please do note that we can only offer returns on Un-Opened/Un-Used Herbal Care products. Sorry, but no returns will be accepted for used Herbal Care Creams/Products.

    Please note: Tofah.com reserves the right to refuse a refund. Exchanges Our Customer Care Center cannot process exchanges. If you have found other merchandise that you prefer, place a separate order for the new merchandise and return the unwanted merchandise. Once we have received and processed the returned merchandise, we will notify you of your refund via e-mail.

    Anti-Fraud Policy

    Tofah.com will report all fraud to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is a federal law enforcement agency. Postal Inspectors gather facts and evidence to determine whether a violation has occurred under the Mail Fraud or False Representation Statutes.Postal Inspectors base mail fraud investigations on the number, substance, and pattern received from mail order companies. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service will enforce civil and administrative remedies that are available. If you are using a stolen credit card to place an order, we will prosecute.
